I have been preparing and distributing my own premixes for baking since 2000. The mixes are all formulated to be easy to prepare, requiring only the addition of eggs, water and oil. This enables anybody to bake tasty muffins and cakes. The mixes do not contain added additives or preservatives. The mixes are packed in packets that will produce one dozen of muffins or scones, or one medium sized cake, or one pan of rusks.
The following mixes are available:
• White, health (oat) and chocolate muffin mix @ R15 per 500g
• Vanilla and chocolate-mocha cake mix (also suitable for cupcakes) @ R15 per 560g
• Buttermilk scone mix @ R10 per 500g
• Buttermilk rusk mix @ R15 per 650 g
The mixes can be ordered from me, or come and see me at the next Park Day (in Kingston Frost Park).
